Karri Brower - PT, DPT

Founder and Owner

Dr. Karri Brower earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and began her career as a health and wellness coach with the YMCA and in corporate wellness with Honeywell. She later received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona in 2014 and has practiced across multiple settings including acute care, skilled nursing, hospital, and home health.

Dr. Brower has continued her education with advanced training in fall prevention, dementia, and Parkinson’s disease, and used this knowledge to found Live To Ignite, a mobile outpatient therapy service dedicated to helping seniors stay active and healthy.

She remains deeply involved in the community through initiatives such as the Heart and Sole Walking Group, fall prevention education with the Nevada Goes Falls Free Coalition, and wellness talks at senior living communities.

Dr. Brower enjoys working collaboratively with her patients to create personalized treatment plans that improve quality of life and is passionate about promoting healthy, active living for both physical and mental well-being.

Christopher Wilson - PT, DPT

Dr. Christopher J. Wilson, PT, DPT earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2017 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020 from the University of New Mexico. He has experience working in sports rehabilitation with professional athletes, hospital-based acute care, and concierge medicine. Dr. Wilson is certified in functional dry needling and has experience in balance and vestibular rehabilitation.

He is passionate about helping patients reach their goals and return to the activities they love. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, snowboarding, traveling, golfing with his friends, and spending time with family.

Alena Alfonso - PTA

Alena graduated in 2019 from the accredited PTA program at the College of Southern Nevada and brings over 6 years of experience, primarily in outpatient and home-based settings.

Alena is well versed in vestibular and balance rehabilitation and is highly skilled in treating conditions affecting both the central and peripheral nervous systems.

With a strong passion for serving the senior community, Alena takes pride in finding creative and effective ways to help her patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their everyday lives.

Alena Alfonso - PTA

Alena graduated in 2019 from the accredited PTA program at the College of Southern Nevada and brings over 6 years of experience, primarily in outpatient and home-based settings.
Alena is well versed in vestibular and balance rehabilitation and is highly skilled in treating conditions affecting both the central and peripheral nervous systems.

With a strong passion for serving the senior community, Alena takes pride in finding creative and effective ways to help her patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence in their everyday lives.

Anna Ketron-Cusano - OTR/L

Anna is a licensed Occupational Therapist partnering with Live To Ignite to deliver client-centered outpatient therapy in the home and community. She focuses on helping individuals improve mobility, safety, daily living skills, and meaningful routines that support long-term wellness and quality of life.

As the founder of The Self-Care OT, Anna combines clinical expertise with a practical, empowering approach, meeting people where they are and guiding them toward greater function, confidence, and independence in their everyday environments.
